In partnership with a number of other clients we have developed a number of very flexible and price competitive thermal printing systems for both networked and stand alone applications.

Most of our printing systems make use of Printronix, Zebra or Tec printers depending on printing applications or customer preference though we can supply competitive price for most types of thermal printer. The majority of our off the shelf labels design software is provided by Teklynx.

Thermal printing systems are becoming far more flexible and can incorporate data collection, RFID encoding and mobile printing. We will be more than happy to discuss your individual requirements.

It should be noted that MPC Labels employ our own printer engineers unlike some of our competitors who use a third party.

Our standard working hours are between: 07.30 - 17.30 Monday to Friday, excluding bank Holidays.

MPC Labels will have an engineer on site within 8 working hours of the call being logged at the office.

MPC Labels will have an engineer on site and the printer will either be repaired or temporarily replaced by a loan printer within 8 working hours of the call being logged at the office.

We are always happy to provide advice free of charge regarding the design of any of the labels produced on site using the printing systems provided by MPC Labels.

All printers are cleaned calibrated and inspected for damage twice a year as part of the service contract.

Our thermal printing systems come complete with carefully matched media.

All labels are manufactured by ourselves allowing us to monitor quality levels and quickly resolve any unlikely problems.

We can supply OEM printheads for almost any type of thermal printer at competitive prices. We can now also source non OEM printheads for a large number of Zebra printers at very competitive prices. We employ our own printer engineers that will come on site and fit the printheads if required.
