WAX RIBBONS

A general purpose ribbon particularly adapted to standard label printing.
The ink provides an excellent printing quality of picket barcodes, very small text, large characters, and logos, at a blackness above 2.1 (ODR).
The ribbon structure allows printing on all kinds of papers, and uncoated papers in particular. Printing is also possible onto various synthetics. The printed ink offers heat resistance up to 60°C (140°F).
The above characteristics remain at speeds up to 300mm/s (12” ips), and with 200, 300 and 600 DPI printheads.

Wax ribbons are available in 11 colours additional to black.

RESIN ENHANCED WAX RIBBONS

A general purpose ribbon with all the attributes of the wax ribbon but with improved mechanical resistance and an improved heat resistance up to 65°C (149°F).

WAX/RESIN RIBBONS

A highly sensitive premium wax/resin ribbon on a wide range of substrates, such as uncoated / coated papers and synthetics. The printed ink offers a good level of smudge resistance combined with heat resistance up to 100°C (212°F).
The above characteristics remain at speeds up to 300mm/s (12” ips), and with 200, 300 and 600 DPI printheads.

Wax/resin ribbons are available in 9 colours additional to black.

RESIN RIBBONS

A premium resin ribbon dedicated to applications requiring prefect printing quality combined with excellent mechanical resistance. The ribbon structure allows printing on many kinds of synthetics (PVC, PET, PE and PP) high gloss coated papers and some uncoated papers. The printed ink offers an excellent level of smudge resistance combined with heat resistance up to 180°C (356°F).
The above characteristics remain at speeds up to 250mm/s (11” ips), and with 200, 300 and 600 DPI printheads.

Resin ribbons are available in 4 colours additional to black.

All the above ribbons feature a backcoat technology ensuring excellent printhead protection, no clogging and preventing static build up.
